Privacy Policy

Social Command Center is a private tool operated by RevSphere, LLC to manage the official social media accounts of artists and brands that have authorized RevSphere to do so. It is not offered to the public.

What we access

When an account owner connects Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X or TikTok, that platform shows exactly what access is requested and the owner chooses to allow it. Depending on the platform and the permissions granted, we may access:

• Account profile information (name, username, account ID).
• Posts and videos published by the account, and their performance statistics.
• Comments, mentions and direct messages sent to the account, so the team can read and answer them.
• Public profile information of people who interact with the account (name, username), as provided by the platform.

How we use it

• To publish and schedule content the account owner or their team approved.
• To show comments and messages to the team and to send replies, including replies drafted with AI and approved by a person.
• To show the account's performance statistics on RevSphere's dashboard.

We do not sell data, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone outside RevSphere and the artist's authorized team, except service providers that run the tool for us (hosting, database, AI text processing) under confidentiality obligations.

When a team member asks the writing assistant for help with a post, the words they type or say (plus the draft caption and link) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to write suggestions. Fans' messages and personal data are not sent with it.

Fan email lists

Artists and their teams can keep a list of fans who signed up or bought from them (name, email, phone, city and how they joined) to send them news by email. We record each fan's permission and never email someone who unsubscribed. Every email has an unsubscribe link that works without signing in. Emails are delivered through Amazon Web Services (Amazon SES), which processes them for us; fan lists are never sold or shared with other artists.

Security

Access tokens are encrypted before they are stored. Team members sign in with a password and two-step verification, and each artist's data is visible only to people authorized for that artist.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept only while the account is connected and as needed to provide the service. An account owner can disconnect at any time, either from within the tool or from the platform's own settings (for example Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites). Disconnecting stops all access immediately. To ask for deletion of data we hold, see our data deletion instructions or email inquiry@revsphere.io.

Google user data

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. YouTube data is used only to provide the features described above. See also the Google Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy) and YouTube Terms of Service.
